State of CRM in Higher Education

Rethink enrollment management.

The 2014-2015 AACRAO and Hobsons State of CRM in Higher Education Survey was conducted to measure the extent of ownership and impact of CRM applications at U.S. higher education institutions.

Survey results indicated that 80 percent of respondents reported an increase in efficiency with the use of CRMs. However, the survey also showed that two-thirds of respondents indicated that their institution is not maximizing its use of their CRM.
